€3.25 million sought for landmark Stillorgan pub

A Stillorgan village landmark in south Co Dublin, has been put on the market by selling agent CBRE seeking offers of €3.25 million for it.

The award-winning Orchard Pub on the Hill, renowned for its thatched roof, has been remodelled, extended and refurbished by its owners, Conor and Tony O’Dwyer.

The brothers have created a modern lounge bar and catering facilities behind a traditional-looking exterior all of which is set over a single storey, which extends to 678 square metres.

The brothers have decided to sell up to concentrate on their other business interests, according to the agent.
