Hibernia Reit has appointed agent QRE to sell Adelphi House, a quality office portfolio on George’s Street Upper in Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin, for €2.75 million.

The Dorville Homes building was built in 2008 and bought by Hibernia in 2014 as part of a larger loan acquisition. The entire scheme comprises 23 apartments, nine office suites and two retail units.
