Knight Frank is seeking €25 million for prime real estate of more than 10,000 square metres in five adjoining buildings on Merchants Quay in Dublin city centre. The properties, which range from 1,144 sq m up to 4,210 sq m occupy a high-profile site of approximately 5,655 sq m fronting Merchants Quay and Bridge Street.
