Donegal firm 21 Spaces is on course to complete a €180,000 contract with a British-owned restaurant chain to design and fit-out four new outlets in Ireland.

The company secured the deal with Gondola Group, owner of the Pizza Express brand, which operates as Milanos in Ireland, in April 2007.
