O’Mahony Finnerty New Homes has announced plans to invest €15 million in the redevelopment of a site in Blackhall Place in Dublin for its new corporate accommodation outfit Five Star Short Lets.

The redevelopment of 2 Blackhall Place will see the 22,000 square foot property redesigned to include nineteen two-bedroom apartments, five one-bedroom apartments and one three-bedroom unit.
