Ardstone Capital has just completed the first closing of €110 million for Ardstone Residential Partners, a newly formed residential development fund.

The fund has started the acquisition of residential development sites in the greater Dublin commuter belt. It aims to develop about 3,500 houses in the commuter belt as well as in Cork and Galway within a two to five-year period.
