Shop the luxury drop: Ganni’s first jewellery line, summer capsule collections and Givenchy’s beachwear edit

Your guide to this month’s most coveted luxury launches and collaborations

Givenchy’s Plage collection is a beachwear edit of swimwear, crochet co-ords, strap dresses, and raffia bags

Perhaps the sentiment most designers are chiming with this month is summed up in Stella McCartney’s recent ‘Summer Loving’ capsule collection. The high-summer edit is exactly the visuals we need – raffia bags, crochet bucket hats, vibrant swimwear – and it’s supplied in spades in this month’s round-up of luxury drops. Below, Irish Tatler has rounded up its top five launches to kick-start your summer wish-list.

Ganni’s first jewellery line

Ganni’s first foray into jewellery has tapped the intel of Veneda Carter – a Danish multi-hyphenate creative who is a jewellery designer, a stylist (formerly to Kim Kardashian), and a former model. Carter’s collection with Ganni features three pieces: a necklace, bracelet, and earrings made from 18ct gold plated sterling silver that all feature Ganni’s signature Butterfly logo. Ganni.com

Givenchy hits the beach

It’s not unusual for designers to revisit its fashion house signature or archives, but it is very much approved when it results in a beachwear edit. Givenchy has unveiled its Plage collection, inspired by the colours and lifestyle of founder Hubert de Givenchy’s seaside estate, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, on the French Riviera. The collection features swimwear, crochet co-ords, terry ponchos, strap dresses, raffia bags and wedge sandals. According to the french fashion house, it exudes a “city to sand” sensibility – which we can all get behind. givenchy.com

‘Summer Loving’ by Stella McCartney

Stella McCartney has always been one step ahead when it comes to sustainability. Her latest ‘Summer Loving’ capsule collection is a beachy edit of warm-weather essentials and it is the brand’s most sustainable ready-to-wear collection to date. The collection features beach dresses, swimwear, cotton co-ords, raffia bags, and wedge espadrilles – all the items that usually find their way into your holiday carry on – how convenient, you might say. stellamccartney.com

Sandy Liang x Salomon

Sandy Liang’s cult Mary Jane Pointe ballet flats are the shoes that most in the know will associate with the New York designer – she launched them during New York fashion week last September, and they sold out in two days. Now, the designer has turned her attention to trainers, following a collaboration with French sportswear brand Salomon. Two iconic Salomon styles, the Salomon RX Moc 3.0 and XT-6 Expanse, receive a Liang makeover courtesy of pastel and light colourways and subtle floral detailing on the trims and insole. sandyliang.com

Marni’s whimsical ways live on

Marni’s new collaborative hub, Marni Jam, is the Italian fashion brand’s latest endeavour to foster new creative partnerships and fashion offerings. Its latest collaboration with London brand No Vacancy Inn is the perfect pairing: Marni’s creative director, Francesco Risso’s playful vision is matched with No Vacancy Inn’s bold graphics and colours. The soulful summer capsule collection features kaleidoscopic prints across cotton knit dresses, satin midi dresses, poplin shirts, and swimwear. marni.com
