Ahead of the event, which will feature a curated selection of Passoã cocktails like Passoã & Tonic and Passoã Sangria, we’ve chosen its most popular recipe to preview: Passoã’s Porn Star Martini. Created by mixologist Douglas Ankrah in London in the early 2000s, Passoã is central to the original recipe.

1. In a shaker filled with ice cubes, add 40ml of Passoã, 40ml of vodka, 10ml of vanilla syrup, the juice from half a lime, and the pulp from half of a passion fruit.

2. Give it a good shake. Strain the mix and serve it in a pre-chilled glass, decorating it with the other half of the passion fruit.

Serve it with a shot of prosecco or champagne straight after.
