Micheál Martin and Leo Varadkar‘s parties have all but signed off on the agreement to go into government together

The Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael negotiating teams were maintaining strict social distancing rules during their talks last week in the Department of Agriculture in Dublin.

The chairs were set out last Friday with two-metre gaps between them in the large National Emergency Coordination Centre room in the department.

On the Fine Gael side were Minister for Finance Paschal Donohoe, Tánaiste Simon Coveney, Minister for Business Heather Humphreys, Galway West TD Hildegarde Naughton...
