My advice to any upcoming marketers is to really understand what your brand is about and stay true to it. Keep a focus not only on the onbrand positioning but, most importantly, on the values that sit behind the brand and business.

If these brand values are real, meaningful and lived within the organisation, the brand will connect with consumers and will stay connected for the long term.
