Every circus needs a clown. The political summit in Singapore last Tuesday that grabbed global attention arguably had two, and it most certainly didn’t need another. So Dennis Rodman, the only man, until recently at least, who called both Donald Trump and Kim Jong-un his friend, was sidelined in Singapore, offering typically addled analysis to CNN and to any news agency seeking an additional quote.
