Report: philanthropy is about more than good PR

What is the main motivation for corporate giving in Ireland? It’s not just about generating good PR, according to a new report commissioned by Philanthropy Ireland.

The majority of businesses in Ireland donate to charity because of a “desire to give back”, according to Seamus Mulconry, chief executive of Philanthropy Ireland.
