Every year, I make new versions of the same resolutions: close the browser tabs that have been open since September, delete my old Yahoo account, stop comparing my fortysomething body to the bodies of 24-year-old fitness professionals with good lighting, unfriend people whose social media posts I mock in my head as I scroll past, read more real books, build better cybersecurity habits.
