Senseless policy error effectively forces landlords to evict non-paying social housing tenants

My recent article about Housing Assistance Payments (Hap) received a lot of reaction from people who still believe that the aid isn’t social housing. I really must reiterate that 50,000 tenancies, which are mostly families, say otherwise.
