Android 10 has formally begun its roll-out, just as everything seems to be going crazy in the world of smartphones, operating systems, browsers and privacy in general.

A report by Brave, a rival browser to Chrome, has made serious claims about Google’s compliance with the general data protection regulation (GDPR). Helen Dixon, the Data Protection Commissioner (DPC), was already investigating Google as a result of a complaint made by Johnny Ryan, Brave’s chief policy officer....
