Last Thursday, I made a formal complaint to the superintendent at Pearse Street Garda station in Dublin in relation to the activities of three county councillors.

It says much about the Irish psychology that after the RTE Investigates programme, the political and public focus centred on demands for new legislation rather than enforcing existing laws.
