EA forced to surrender completely over Battlefront 2 debacle

Having been beaten ragged in every corner of public discourse since announcing the in-game purchases for Star Wars Battlefront 2, EA finally admitted an embarrassing defeat on Thursday.

The gaming giant’s instrument of surrender came in the form of a blog post that had the usual corporate language at the start before getting to a comprehensive and clear outline of what it was going to do.
