Earlier this year we made a submission to the Department of Justice and Equality (DJE) on the National Women’s Strategy where we identified relevant issues of concern to Irish business. These included the gender pay gap, the difficulty of retaining women in the workforce, the need for increased support of female entrepreneurs and the urgency to recruit more women in STEM related sectors.
