The Land Development Agency is pressing ahead with plans to enter deals with developers and landowners in an attempt to provide affordable housing in Ireland.

As part of the Government’s Housing for All strategy, Project Tosaigh is aimed at speeding up delivery of new, affordable homes on lands that already have planning permission, but where development has not taken place.
