A Fine Gael backbencher has criticised the lack of any home building on a valuable site in south Dublin which received fast-track planning permission almost two years ago.
The Churchview Road site in Killiney was given permission for 210 apartments in October 2019 by An Bord Pleanála under the fast-track strategic housing development process. There were some local objections to the planning board but no judicial review challenge was taken.
