Loyola Group buys two more venues in Portugal

Loyola Group, the Dublin hospitality player that owns the Bath, the Lepp and other well-known venues, has added two more in Portugal to its portfolio.

Loyola’s 19 per cent stake in Newstalk, the radio station formerly owned by Denis O’Brien, fetched the group a significant price when it sold the shareholding back to O’Brien’s Communicorp last year, a source familiar with the transaction said.
