A deal has been agreed to sell Michael Smurfit’s K Club to nursing home operator TLC.
The price agreed is in the region of €55 million according to two sources with knowledge of the matter, but this is unconfirmed.
The property was marketed with an asking price in the region of €80 million. It was valued in 2018 at €65 million.
