PwC appointed to review costs at new Children’s Hospital

Professional services firm PwC has been appointed to carry out an independent review of costs at the new Children’s Hospital following controversy over its spiralling budget.

The hospital, which will be built on the St James’s hospital campus in Dublin 8, is expected to open in August 2022 and is now expected to cost more than €1.73 billion.
