The masters of the three Dublin maternity hospitals have warned Minister for Health Simon Harris that the health service is not prepared for the introduction of abortion services in January.

In their letter, Professor Fergal Malone (Rotunda), Dr Sharon Sheehan (Coombe) and Dr Rhona Mahony (Holles Street) expressed concern about the lack of a clear strategic plan.
