Only 47 primary care centres opened since 2011

Forty-seven primary care centres have been constructed since the government took office, the HSE has confirmed.

There was confusion last week as ministers, including Labour leader Joan Burton, gave differing figures. Burton claimed that 60 primary care centres had been built.
