National Health Summit: HSE is not user-focused, top surgeon warns

Turning around the HSE could be a lost cause according to James M Sheehan FRCSI, PhD, a distinguished retired orthopaedic surgeon.

Sheehan had a long career as a consultant orthopaedic surgeon at both St Vincent's Hospital and Cappagh Hospital in Dublin. He was both founder and director of the Galway Clinic and Blackrock Clinic.
