Ms Y, the asylum seeker who unsuccessfully sought an abortion here in 2014, will serve proceedings on the Irish Family Planning Association (IFPA) and Spirasi in the coming week, her solicitor has said.

The family planning agency counselled the woman, known as Ms Y, who said she was pregnant as a result of rape and was suicidal.

Ms Y was medically assessed at Spirasi, which counsels victims of torture.
