Major apartment firm plans further rent hikes in Dublin

IRES, one of the biggest apartment owners in the capital, is planning further rent hikes.

Rents rose 10 per cent to 15 per cent in the first half of this year at IRES Reit’s 1,566-strong Dublin apartment portfolio.

In a trading update issued last week, the company predicted further “continuing rent increases” into the future.
