Liquidator to be appointed to Arc Adoption agency in days

A liquidator will be appointed to the intercountry adoption agency Arc Adoption this week.

Arc, which is one of the state’s only adoption agencies, ran into financial difficulties last year. Its closure has affected about 70 couples who had initiated intercountry adoptions that were still being processed through Arc.
