HSE sets out 2017 health plan but warns of risks to its delivery

The plan includes extra funding to drive down waiting lists, to help the homeless and tackle drug addiction

The HSE has published its National Service Plan for 2017, based on funding of €13.9 billion, an increase of €459 million or 3.4 per cent, on this year.
