HSE reassures GPs over wiped payments list

The HSE has vowed that GPs will be paid all monies owed after a technical ‘glitch’ wiped huge numbers of children aged under six off its payments database.

Under the terms of the new under-sixes scheme, GPs are paid by the HSE based on the number of children they have registered on the first day of the month.
