Health service attempts cultural shift

The HSE wants to clean up its working culture, and has begun by implementing a new programme called Values in Action. Susan Mitchell reports

Recently, 250 people from across the health service gathered in Croke Park for a health service ‘bootcamp’. The aim was to mobilise staff and empower them to lead major cultural change within the HSE.
