Doctors want probe into HSE over GP pay details ‘breach’
The information was released to RTE, and details of payments totalling €540 million were widely disseminated in other media
The National Association of General Practitioners (NAGP) has asked the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner to investigate whether the HSE breached Data Protection Acts by releasing details of how much it paid named individual GP practices.
