DIY STD test kits hit Irish shelves

Ireland’s first home testing kit for sexually transmitted infections will become available in 100 pharmacies throughout the country, after Irish company LetsGetChecked struck deals with a number of pharmacy chains.
The LetsGetChecked business model provides consumers with direct access to laboratories without the need to take time off work or visit a doctor.
It also has a dedicated online platform that links customers and laboratories for home screening of sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
