The Department of Health has ruled out financing a study of the experimental drug that cancer sufferer Vicky Phelan is using.

Minister for Health Simon Harris promised to facilitate access to Pembrolizumab (Pembro), and other experimental treatments, to women whose smear tests were misreported or reclassified on review by CervicalCheck.
