CervicalCheck patients to be given reports of their care

Review will examine screening histories of 1,850 women who developed cancer

The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) is to offer all women affected by the CervicalCheck controversy an individual written report on their case.

The RCOG, together with the British Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology, has been tasked with reviewing the screening tests and care provided to all women who have developed cervical cancer who participated in the screening programme since it was established.
