When pairing wines with vegeterian or vegan food, the best approach is to eat as seasonally as possible

I’m often loath to use terms such as Veganuary or Meat Free Monday. This is not because I don’t see the merit in eating less meat or embracing more plant-based foods in our diet – quite the opposite.
