Galway hospitality group plans new Delight cafés in city centre and in NUI and possibly a new restaurant
Tribe Hospitality Group will open more cafés and eateries in the new year, as it looks to build on its rapid expansion in 2019.
The Galway group, owned by Kevin Nugent, operates eateries including Mr Waffle beside University Hospital Galway, Saol Café in NUI Galway and Ground + Co branded cafés in Salthill and Knocknacarra. Last week, it was awarded the All-Star accreditation by the All-Ireland Business Foundation awards.
