Patrycja Trzaskowska and Luca de Marzio, owners of Rosa Madre: the restaurant, which has been closed due to Covid-19, produces around 800 kilos of pasta every week for stockists around the country

Patrycja Trzaskowska is far from the first person to become burnt out while working in the restaurant business. But for the co-owner of Rosa Madre in Temple Bar in Dublin, lockdown created a new path which allowed her to look after her mental health while keeping the family business going.
