Either way, that’s how far Jordan Bailey had ventured down the search engine rabbit hole when he was looking to source Irish-made pottery and ceramics for Aimsir, the restaurant in the Cliff at Lyons in Co Kildare which he opened with Majken Bech-Bailey, his wife, in 2019.
