The event will bring together special produce from five iconic smokehouses for a ten-course tasting menu.
If you’re interested in the art of smoking and local food, then this event is the one for you. The SmokeHouses Dinner, which is due to take place on Sunday May 28 at four-star BrookLodge & Macreddin Village in Co Wicklow, will bring together five Irish smokehouse artisans with a combined 180 years smoking experience to create a unique dinner event.
