Brickyard, the gastropub located above the Balally Luas stop in Dundrum in south Dublin, has reopened following a refurbishment by owners Simon Moore and Erwin Pollard. The pair, who opened the bar in 2016, have invested €300,000 in the revamp, which has involved both structural and renovation work.
