Grey has joined forces with chef John Kelly of The Lady Helen restaurant at Mount Juliet Estate to create a modern Irish fine dining experience which will feature dishes from Liath and from The Lady Helen.

Kelly, who himself holds a Michelin star, has invited Grey to collaborate on this city-meets-country event which will take place in the magnificent surrounds of the five star Mount Juliet in Kilkenny, a 90 minute drive from Dublin.

“This promises to be a sensational dining experience,” says Mount Juliet Estate general manager Mark Dunne. “We are delighted to welcome chef Damien Grey to the Lady Helen. Damien and John have great respect for each other and share a culinary ethos of innovation and excellence.”
