Wine offers much more variety than we often give it credit for. It can, for example, be a key ingredient in cocktails.

Some of the most famous such as the Mimosa, Kir Royale and New York Sour (my personal favourite) use wine as an exciting factor. Even the Negroni Sbagliato, which was invented decades ago but became a sensation on TikTok last year, replaces gin with Prosecco to create a variation on a classic.
