Who goes to page 33 of the results of a Google search? Perhaps only those in desperation, or those who are unwilling to give up.

Either way, that’s how far Jordan Bailey had ventured down the search engine rabbit hole when he was looking to source Irish-made pottery and ceramics for Aimsir, the restaurant in the Cliff at Lyons in Co Kildare which he opened with Majken Bech-Bailey, his wife, in 2019.
