Vhi employees celebrate winning the Customer Contact Centre of the Year award (medium)

A strategic and valuable enabler of the success of Vhi, the company’s contact centre in Kilkenny was honoured at this year’s prestigious Customer Contact Management Association Awards.

Named as the Customer Contact Centre of the Year, in the Medium Category, the judges recognised what they described as “a vibrant customer-focused culture and a single-minded focus on delivering business results (and) an operation that has demonstrated all-round outstanding performance and service excellence”.
