You are speaking at the forthcoming National Food Industry summit. What is the focus of your talk?
I will be discussing what the main impact of Brexit will be on the Food and Drinks sector. I will be taking a look at the UK Government’s vision for Brexit in terms of food labelling, institutions, PDOs, farmers, customs and the transition period, and how technology may be used to provide solutions.
