I was part of a successful attempt to get into the Guinness book of records for the largest number of Ferraris on track at Silverstone at any one time (not my Ferrari unfortunately but fun nevertheless!)

You are speaking at the forthcoming National Food Industry summit. What is the focus of your talk?

I will be discussing what the main impact of Brexit will be on the Food and Drinks sector. I will be taking a look at the UK Government’s vision for Brexit in terms of food labelling, institutions, PDOs, farmers, customs and the transition period, and how technology may be used to provide solutions.
