GDPR affects a wide range of industries and businesses, and in the case of retail, getting to grips with it is a particular challenge.

The key thing about GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is that it affects every company. If you hold or process personally identifiable data in any capacity, whether through payroll, a service for a third party, customer details or giving data to someone else, you must comply with the GDPR.
