Ireland’s only hotel management college is based in Shannon and, with a €9m investment planned, it is set to open doors for the next generation of hoteliers
It’s an exciting time for Shannon College of Hotel Management, a college of NUI Galway, which has introduced new programmes amid broader plans to increase the size of its campus.
The planning process is under way for a new building on the college’s site which would have research facilities, kitchens, a restaurant and library.
