Old favourites win out at Blas na hÉireann Awards

The category selection has diversified and grown to 131 and the success of the awards has been phenomenal

A decade ago, the first Blas Na hÉireann Awards were celebrated as an important breakthrough in the recognition of Irish food produce and producers. Awards were handed out across 36 categories and the west Kerry town of Dingle welcomed tastes from across the island of Ireland.

Ten years on, the category selection has diversified and grown to 131. The success of the awards has been phenomenal.
